VakantiesFrankrijk.com is an advertising, information and contact platform for holiday stays in France. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the agreement about stay, availability, payment, deposit, arrival, cancellation and house rules is made directly between the traveller and the owner, host or manager.

Privacy policy

Personal data is used for accounts, contact requests, listings, payments, email communication, security, administration and normal platform operation. Data is not kept longer than necessary. Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing.

Cookie policy

Necessary cookies support language choice, login, security, forms and cart/checkout. Analytics or marketing cookies are only used after consent.

Terms and conditions

Use the site correctly, publish honest information and respect others’ rights. VakantiesFrankrijk.com may remove or limit abuse, spam, misleading content or unsafe listings. Package prices are invoiced without VAT while Qavirio is under the French VAT exemption regime: TVA non applicable – article 293 B du CGI.

Host platform terms

Owners, hosts and managers remain responsible for prices, availability, permits, insurance, tourist tax, photos, descriptions and communication with travellers. Each standard listing stays online for 1 year. It can then be renewed. VakantiesFrankrijk.com charges no commission and no booking fees on the stay.
